    Rubber bands for the expander stretch and do not immediately accept the original state, you have to wait, which does not allow you to fully engage. Rubber bands are wide of the same diameter, but of different thickness, Black is the thickest, red is the thinnest. They are less adequate to respond to the load. For me it is better to find better quality, this set is not the best purchase
